Samsung is kicking off the proper rollout of the stable One UI 9.0 update for the Galaxy S26 series today. Back on September 16, the brand released the update in its home country, and it is now beginning to make it available in other regions, with the US being one of the first to get it.
The update is live for the carrier-locked variants. That for the Galaxy S26 Ultra has a size of 4,183MB and carries firmware version S948USQU4BZID (via Tarun Vats).
To see if the update is available on your Galaxy S26 series phone, open the Settings > Software update menu on your phone and tap Check for updates. If the update is available, it will start downloading.
